Matawan's Rose Hill Cemetery Guided Walking Tours

The third annual guided walking tours of Rose Hill Cemetery, led by local historian Al Savolaine, sponsored by the Matawan Historical Society and Rose Hill Cemetery, will take place on Saturday, October 19th at 10 AM, Sunday October 20th at 2PM, and Sunday, October 27th at 2PM. The tours include fascinating stories of the 1916 shark attack victims, local heroes, villains, tragic circumstances, noble achievements and paranormal sightings at New Jersey's most haunted cemetery.
Tickets are $10 per adult, and will be available at the event. Parking is in the cemetery and in the school lot across the street. All proceeds will benefit the Burrowes Mansion construction projects and Rose Hill Cemetery beautification.
