The Matawan Municipal Community Center will be closed on Feb. 18 for President's Day. Municipal offices will reopen on Tuesday for their regular business hours.

Relay For Life Kick Off Party
Kick-off Relay For Life at Matawan Regional High School on Tuesday at 7 p.m. Relay celebrates the lives of those who have battled cancer, remembers loved ones lost to it and fights back to put an end to the disease.

Aberdeen Planning Board Meeting
The Aberdeen Township Planning Board will meet on Wednesday, Feb. 20 at 7:30 p.m. for their regular action meeting. Copies of the agenda will be posted on the township website and will be available at the meeting.
Thursday, Feb. 21
PoSP Give Back Night
Aberdeen Court Jester will host a give back night for Parents of Special People, Inc. From 4 p.m. to closing, the restaurant will donate 10% of each bill to PoSP.
Matawan Recreation Commission
The Matawan Borough Recreation Commission will meet on Thursday at 7 p.m. The meeting is open to the public. The recreation commission helps plan local events such as the Turkey Trot and Matawan Day.
