Board of Education Meeting

The Matawan Aberdeen Regional School District Board of Education will hold their regular action meeting Monday night at 7 p.m. at their administrative building at One Crest Way in Aberdeen. The public is encouraged to attend.

Two expert Master Gardeners will be at the library at 7 p.m. to talk about the general uses of herbs, the right growing conditions for herbs, and even how to grow herbs indoors.

Author Dominick Mazzagetti will be discussing his latest book "True Jersey Blues: The Civil War Letters of Lucien A. Voorhees and William Mackenzie Thompson."  Light refreshments will be served following the program.

ESL Conversation Classes

The Matawan Aberdeen Public Library will hold a free class to help people improve their daily English conversational skills. Beginner, intermediate and advanced ESL level speakers welcome. Registration is required.

Thursday, May 24

Bank of America in Matawan will hold an art gallery of preschool and high school students on Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Sunday, May 27

Matawan will hold their Memorial Day Parade on Sunday, May 27 starting at 2 p.m. at St. Clement Church.
