As a member of Human Resources department, the Manager, Talent Development is a newly created role to the organization, tasked with owning iCIMS' talent development initiatives and the execution of our business objectives. This individual will play a key influencing role in the professional development of iCIMS' internal talent, which is critical in ensuring the company's continued growth and success. Key areas of focus will be (1) talent development, (2) leadership and management development with specific emphasis on company strategy, competencies, systems and processes, and (3) new hire onboarding.

Nanny

A Matawan family is seeking a nanny to watch a newborn child from Sept. 2012 through June 2013 for 2-3 days a week. The nanny would be paid $10/hour, according to the ad, and would have Christmas break, February break, Easter break and several other holidays off throughout the year.
