Police say he unlawfully entered the garage of a North Circle home in May.

A Colts Neck man was indicted this week on charges that he broke into the garage of an Aberdeen home in June.

Police say Anthony Figaro, 21, allegedly entered the garage of the North Circle home, damaged a vehicle and took a 1986 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. According to police, the Chevrolet was later recovered in Staten Island.

Figaro was indicted on three counts, including third degree burlgarly, third degree theft of movable property and fourth degree criminal mischief.

An indictment does not indicate a conviction, only that a grand jury voted there is enough evidence to proceed with a trial.
