Agenda: Aberdeen Council to Hear 'Grow Monmouth' Presentation
The township council will meet on Tuesday, Aug. 16 at 7 p.m.
The Aberdeen Township Council will here a presentation from the Monmouth County Office of Economic Development on the "Grow Monmouth" initiative during the workshop portion of their April 16 meeting.
Grow Monmouth was launched in 2011 and focuses on creating business-friendly environments throughout the county.
The council will also further discuss the possibility of creating a dog park in place of the roller hockey rink at Cliffwood Beach Waterfront Park, which was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy.

The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16 at the Aberdeen Township Municipal Building.
