Matawan: *Closed Sales for the month of October: 

  • October 2013:  5 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $244,400. vs an average list price of $263,160. with an average 76 DOM
  • October 2012:  4 single family home sold with an average sale price of $335,000. vs an average list price of $338,172. with an average 32 DOM
  • There are currently 17 homes under contract with an average list price of $307,424. with an average 99 DOM.
  • There are currently 37 homes available with an average list price of $377,292. with an average 126 DOM.


Aberdeen: *Closed Sales for the month of October:

  • October 2013: 15 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $295,660. vs an average list price of $305,527. with an average 156 DOM
  • October 2012: 17 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $231,882. vs an average list price of $243,682. with an average 105 DOM
  • There are currently 28 homes under contract with an average list price of $270,486. with an average 109 DOM.
  • There are currently 77 homes available with an average list price of $305,949. with an average 129 DOM.

  • 2013 Year-to-date closed homes for Matawan are 62 vs 50 YTD 2012 
  • 2013 Year-to-date closed homes for Aberdeen are 127 vs 121 YTD 2012
