• November 2013:  5 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $326,000. vs an average list price of $338,740. with an average 48 DOM
• November 2012:  5 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $338,700. vs an average list price of $343,880. with an average 90 DOM

• There are currently 17 homes under contract with an average list price of $323,718. with an average 104 DOM.
• There are currently 37 homes available with an average list price of $334,132. with an average 128 DOM.

Aberdeen: *Closed Sales for the month of November:

• November 2013: 11 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $292,045. vs an average list price of $305,145. with an average 92 DOM
• November 2012: 6 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $277,500. vs an average list price of $290,483. with an average 69 DOM

• There are currently 30 homes under contract with an average list price of $270,627. with an average 113 DOM.
• There are currently 65 homes available with an average list price of $301,666 with an average 147 DOM.

• Matawan: 67 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 55 homes in 2012 YTD
• Aberdeen: 139 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 127 homes in 2012 YTD
• Monmouth County: 4,793 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 4,208 homes in 2012 YTD
