- February 2013: 6 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $286,170. vs an average list price of $297,783. with an average 111 DOM
- There are currently 36 homes under contract with an average list price of $278,650. with an average 151 DOM.
- There are currently 66 homes available with an average list price of $295,174 with an average 120 DOM.
