Senior Training & Developing Specialist, iCIMS

iCIMS is seeking an employee to be responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining both internal and external training materials, eLearning tutorials, webinars, etc. for the iCIMS product line and iCIMS partners as needed. The specialist will conduct needs analysis to fully understand and therefore prepare for the instructor-led and/or eLearning training events. Using survey and
ticketing metrics, the specialist will modify and create training deliverables
to ensure a comprehensive and effective curriculum.
