The software-as-a-service company continues to grow.

iCIMS, a software-as-a-service company, has been growing steadily since it moved to Matawan from Hazlet in March 2011.

Manager, Client Relationship Directors

The manager of client relationship directors (CRD) is responsible for providing effective leadership to their respective CRD team to ensure a positive and proactive engagement with the iCIMS client base. Key elements will include communication of corporate vision and goals, working with CRDs to ensure specific measures are taken to nurture key executive relationships with existing clients, maintaining accountability to client growth and contract renewal, and monitoring resources available to provide appropriate responses to client business needs and system support issues. 

Talent Management Business Partner

The Talent Management Business Partner (TMBP) plays a key influencing role in providing general support, guidance and oversight of iCIMS' internal talent and the Human Resources function.  Reporting to the Director – Talent, the TMBP plays a critical role in the Talent Department, interacting with business leaders and HR to formulate human capital strategies, deliver against HR objectives, administer company benefits, improve processes, drive talent management activity and provide leadership and management coaching.

Customer Solutions Consultant

The customer solutions consultant is responsible to achieve monthly cross-sell and up-sell goals measured against recurring revenue, study and understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to competitively position iCIMS and close the sale, build sales pipeline through proactive efforts and opportunities created by the account management team as well as present and sell company products and serives to potential clients. 

Technical Writer - Contractor 

This position is responsible for developing, and maintaining internal and external training and technical materials for the iCIMS product line and internal departmental processes and procedures. The writer will generally research and work with Business Analysts, Developers, and Quality Assurance to gather information needed to be incorporated into documentation. The writer is also responsible for developing and maintaining PM&OR communications components, such Release Notes, client documentation, announcements, and requests for proposals (RFPs).

Manager, Software Development in Automation

iCIMS is seeking a passionate, driven Manager, Software Development in Automation who will be responsible for overseeing software development as well as all automation and performance engineering for an industry-leading software-as-a-service platform with over 40 million users worldwide. The manager will lead a team to design, build, unit test and release great automation and performance test software.

Reporting Analyst 

The reporting analyst reports to the finance manager. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide insightful analysis through modeling business scenarios and projecting trends. The analyst will also be responsbile for advanced modeling of business scenarios in MS Excel and facilitating periodic forecasts and the annual plan process.
