Bobby's Burger Palace Coming to Freehold

Bobby Flay's newest restaurant will open its doors in Freehold on Wednesday, Dec. 5.

Celebrity Chef Bobby Flay has made a name for himself on television and in the restaurant industry but, later this week he will make a name for himself in Freehold.

On Wednesday, Dec. 5, Flay will open his twelfth location of his restaurant, Bobby’s Burger Palace (BBP). The restaurant will make its new home adjacent to JC Penney in the south corridor of the Freehold Raceway Mall.

According to a press release on Flay’s newest restaurant, Freehold’s location of BBP seats 73 and is a nod to a classic burger joint with a twist. BBP serves ten signature burgers inspired by Flay’s travels as well as delicious sides and specialty milkshakes. Flay’s burgers come with the option of being topless, without a bun and served over a bed of greens, and can also be “crunchified” with a layer of chips.

As if the food and drink choices weren't enough to draw you in, the opening week of BBP will benefit those in need. The press release explained that during BBP's opening week, Flay will donate a $1 to the Foodbank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties for every burger, turkey burger, and chicken sandwich purchased between Dec. 5 until Dec. 12.
