Many Lose Power at Aberdeen-Old Bridge Border Wednesday
JCP&L reported a high number of outages near the border in the area of Route 35.
Update: Power has been restored to the Route 35 area at the Aberdeen-Old Bridge border. Jersey Central Power & Light listed 62 without power in the Strathmore area Thursday morning.

Original story, 6:20 p.m.: The Jersey Central Power & Light outage map is reporting that many have lost power in the area of Route 35 at the Aberdeen-Old Bridge border.
The utility company estimates that between 501 and 1,500 in Aberdeen are without power, while greater than 1,500 households in Old Bridge are believed to be in the dark.
The cause is reportedly under investigation and the company's website estimates that power will be restored by 7:30 p.m.
