Matawan Regional High School 2013 Football Schedule Released
Matawan will open its season against Bishop Ahr.
The Matawan Regional football team returns to action next month at their home field in Barry Rizzo Stadium.
The Huskies will begin their season against Bishop Ahr on Thursday, Sept. 12 at 7 p.m., followed by a Saturday, Sept. 21 afternoon game at Freehold. The regular season will end with a Thanksgiving eve match against St. John Vianney.
Matawan's complete schedule is as follows, according to All Shore Media:
Thursday, Sept. 12 - Bishop Ahr at Matawan @ 7 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 21 - Matawan at Freehold @ 1 p.m.
Friday, Sept. 27 - Ocean at Matawan @ 7 p.m.
Friday, Oct. 4 - Matawan at Neptune @ 7 p.m.
Friday, Oct. 18 - Matawan at Wall @ 7 p.m.
Friday, Oct. 25 - Red Bank at Matawan @ 7 p.m.
Friday, Nov. 1 - Long Branch at Matawan @ 7 p.m.
Friday, Nov. 8 - Matawan at New Brunswick @ 7 p.m.
Wednesday, Nov. 27 - St. John Vianney at Matawan @ 7 p.m.
