Arts Council Seeks Screams

Do you have a pitch-perfect horror movie scream? Capture it on your camera or mobile device and you could win a chance to make a cameo in a horror film by New Jersey director Warren Disbrow.

The Freehold Borough Arts Council’s (FBAC) Scariest Online Audition Ever Contest is now underway. To enter, read the script provided by the FBAC on its Web site and submit a video audition to info@freeholdboroartscouncil.org. Submissions must be received by midnight on Saturday, Oct. 15. You must be over 18 to enter.

The winner will be announced on Friday, Oct. 21 at 7:30 p.m. at the FBAC’s Not So Horror Horror Film Fest in the . The event will feature a screening of The Lost Skeleton Returns Again followed by a Skype session with the film’s director, Larry Blamire.

Tickets to viewing cost $10 in advance and $12 at the door.
