Sunny Monday Leads Into Snowy Tuesday

Little to no precipitation expected.

The sunny forecast for Monday is just a tease for people hoping for a break from snow as the National Weather Service is calling for more of the white stuff to fall through Tuesday night.

Monday’s forecast calls for a sunny day but a high of just 31 degrees. Most of the night should be clear as well with a low of just 21 degrees. As of Sunday night the prediction was for snow to start after 1 a.m. but less than half an inch is expected to actually fall on our area.

The snow is expected to continue into Tuesday afternoon before shifting to a mix of rain and snow and more snow after that. Any precipitation is not expected to amount to much as less than one tenth of an inch is expected to actually stick.
