The The Matawan Historical Society will hold its next meeting at 7:30 p.m., November 19 at the Burrowes Mansion, 94 Main St., Matawan. Bill Chemerka will present a program titled "Daniel Morgan: Unsung Hero of the American Revolution." Light refreshments will be served after the program.

The Matawan Historical Society is located in the Burrowes Mansion on Main St. The mansion was home to local grain merchant, John Burrowes Jr., during the 17oo's. Today, the museum hosts tours, as well as other events, such as tea parties.
