I can't wait for them to release new maps for Cape May County. Based on the revisions they made inRead More the 4 counties you noted in this post, and what they did in NY, I'm pretty confident that we will also see a reduction in the dreaded V zones.

Beware. While more people have moved from V zones to A zones than the other way around, FEMA doesRead More view moving the A/V zone line as a one-way street. There is also a huge variation in how towns see their coming final sit down with FEMA for map review. Some look at it as a chance to advocate for individuals. Others say "you're on your own."

I don't even know where to begin... But let's start with 1) "case law" doesn't mean whatRead More Claudine thinks it means and 2) the IRS has nothing to do with property taxes. Those sections of Rt 9 which have 07726 zip codes are legacies, left over from the days when the Englishtown zip of 07726 was the only one in the area.

It seems that firing all the Manalapan dispatchers and contracting with the Monmouth County SheriffRead More was a bad idea.

To think, I was probably lounging on the beach blanket next to you, listening to "Jack &Read More Diane" on WNEW-FM. When "radio" was a thing you carried and no one knew the name Mellencamp. Good times, good times! Imagine if we knew each other then? Oh the fun!! We missed the teens together but we've more than made up for it. We have shared similiar life experiences - wink, and will continue till the good lord says, "times up." I love that chronologically we are the same age yet mentally we are both still both 16. When I think of you, I smile. So Scaramush, Scaramush, continue to do the Fandago my fearless, funny, fly Aunt Jenn! I'll be right there with you. Who thinks you are the best? ME!!!

Last time I went to an event ran by these old crusty dinosaurs the head of this Nazi party chewed upRead More a teenager for stating her opinion. The child ran out of the room crying. That was the day these old crusty women and her organization lost all credability with me (and many others).
