Voter Registration Deadline Approaches
Oct. 16 the last day to register for Nov. 6 elections
Election Day is less than two months away — are you registered to vote?
The deadline to register to vote in the Nov. 6 election is Oct. 16. Applications must be filled out for new voters and if you’ve moved or changed your name.
Register by mail
Print and fill out a Voter Application Form. Mail the form to:

The state makes it easy — the application form can be mailed for free by following the folding and taping instructions, but must be postmarked at least 21 days prior to the election.
Register in person
All Monmouth County residents also can go directly to the county clerk's office at 33 Mechanic St., Freehold. For more information, call 732-431-7324.
Matawan residents can pick up a registration form at the borough clerk's office at the Matawan Municipal Community Center on Broad Street. For more information, call 732-566-3898.
Aberdeen residents can pick up a registration form at the township clerk's office at Aberdeen Township Municipal Building off of Church Street. For more information, call 732-583-4200.
Keyport residents can pick up a registration form (or download it online) at the borough clerk's office at Keyport Borough Hall on West Front Street. For more information, call 732-739-5121.
Old Bridge residents can pick up a registration form (or download it online) at the township clerk's office at the township municipal plaza at the intersection of 516 and Cottrell. For more information, call 732-721-5600.
College students are permitted to vote from their college address or their parents’ homes. They must file a new application if they’re not already registered where they choose to vote.
