Matawan Man Accused of Failing to Register as a Sex Offender
The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office charged the Main Street resident Monday.
A Matawan man was charged Monday for allegedly failing to register as a sex offender.
The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office says that Howard Anderson-Lee, 57, of Main Street, violated the New Jersey Registration and Community Notification Laws by failing to register his address with authorities.
It is a fourth-degree crime.
Bail was set at $500 with no 10 percent option by Judge Thomas Scully of the Monmouth County Superior Court.
An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
