Keyport Man Indicted for Alleged Sexual Assault in Holmdel
Thomas Maher of Keyport was indicted for an alleged sexual assault which occurred in July.

Thomas Maher, 36 of Keyport was indicted in December on charges of an alleged sexual assault in Holmdel Township.
Maher allegedly used physical force and coercion on a victim in Holmdel Township, who county reports call "physically helpless and mentally incapacitated," due to mental disease.
The Keyport resident was also indicted on charges of aggravated assault and terroristic threats, for allegedly causing "serious bodily injury" to and threatening the life of the victim.

It would be better to let him bleed out after you castrate him. If you give him a lobotomy he will just show up somewhere with a target rifle and shoot some people and then guns will be blamed.

Does anyone KNOW "why" it took so long to indict him? I mean, July to December is a long time. Did the victim have trouble communicating? Were there no witnesses?
