Please be careful. One can witness many people driving through water, often without even pausing. Roughly 75% of the cars are swept away at night or during periods of poor visibility, in part because judging the speed and depth of muddy water at night is not easy.

To float a car takes only a foot of water, and only two feet of water will float most cars.
However, a car can be washed away in less water, based upon conditions. If a road is closed due to flooding, under no circumstances try to cross the water. Be safe, cross floated roads only with the utmost caution.
