I live right up the street and I seen this accident on my way home. I feel for both parties involed. We pay a redicilious amount of taxes and half of us don't even have sidewalks in our neighborhoods. Sadly, its going to take a more serious accident for the township to finally do something about the pedestrians and bicylists on this side of aberdeen.
