Aberdeen Man Accused of Performing Lewd Acts in View of Teen Girls
He was arrested Wednesday for the alleged November incident that involved a pair of 14-year-old girls.

An Aberdeen man was arrested Wednesday and charged with two counts each of criminal sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child after a November incident near VFW Park on Cliffwood Avenue.
On Nov. 29 at about 3 p.m., Aberdeen Township Police received a report of a male performing a lewd act inside of his vehicle in view of two 14-year-old girls.
Police say that after a brief verbal encounter, the male removed the license plates from his car and spead off in order to avoid getting caught.
Sgt. Matthew Lloyd was the responding officer.
The subsequent investigation, conducted by Det. Louis Nanna and Sgt. Henry Chevalier, led police to identify Amir Zebardast, 31, of West Prospect Avenue as the perpetrator.
Zebardast was released after posting $20,000 bail with no 10% cash option.
An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Anyone know this man? He was trying to talk with my daughter who is 15 last summer. Thought it was nothing because my daughter looks older but now my heart is sick from what could happen. Don't know him but neighbor of his says it's not 1st time. And around school should be his photo

Ok first of all Amir is a good friend of mine and none of you know exactly what happened. It says lewd acts in front of teenage girls, NOT molestation of teenage girls. He was fooling around with his girlfriend in his car(who is over 18 and his age) when two nosy teenagers walked by and happened to see it. Its not like he purposely saw the 2 girls and said "ohhh yea lets fool around in front of them" they just happened to be walking by. He shouldnt of been doing what he did where he was, but by no means is he a child molestor or sexual predator! The way the article describes it makes it sound faaar worse. Cmon, like none of us were ever young and did something sexual other than in our rooms? Yeah i highly doubt it. Like i said, it was stupid on his part to do what he did, but he is CERTAINLY NOT a sex offender. He's a great person who made a dumb mistake

nope! sure have never had sex at a park surrounded by children! Were you there? nope. so how can you say "know exactly what happened" you weren't there either.
He is sick,. and needs help and should not be allowed near children, parks or schools!

this guy has been hangin around the parks in cliffwood beach for few years.. my daughters and their friends have told me about him, describing him and positively identifying him when i showed them this picture, he sits at the park in his car doing inappropriate things. my husband and i along with a few other parents have been trying to spot him around so we could get his license plate. so relieved hes been caught i pray he stays away from our parks schools and kids now.
