Aberdeen Investigating Rash of Cliffwood Car Burglaries
Police urge residents to lock car doors
The Aberdeen Police Department is investigating a rash of car burglaries in the Cliffwood section of the township that were reported on Thursday, June 28.
According to Chief of Police John powers, the burglaries occured on Edgeview Road at night or during the early morning.
Unspecified amounts of cash, prescription medication, wallets, and purses were reported stolen.
All of the vehicles were left unlocked.
Police are urging residents to lock their vehicles, remove all valuables, and immedicately report suspicious activity to police, Powers said.
The June 28 burglaries were investigated by P.O. Craig Hausmann and P.O. Anthony Marone.
