The Hobby Shop is proud to announce its new event and party area called Event Avenue at The Hobby Shop.

After creating an exclusive space in the store for various events and parties, The Hobby Shop held a "Name the New Event Area" Contest. Customers and Facebook fans submitted names from which the Hobby Shop Staff chose 3 finalists.  The 3 names were put to a vote again to customers and Facebook fans in which Eileen Cleary's Event Avenue was chosen as the overall favorite.

The official opening of Event Avenue at The Hobby Shop will take place on Saturday, June 23rd at 1:00pm followed by our 1st ever Slot Car Racing Event!

We will have a ribbon cutting ceremony with special demonstrations, games and prizes for all to enjoy. Information about upcoming events and party packages will be available during the opening as well.
