Wayne Greer was recognized as a finalist in the 2012 NJBiz CFO of the Year awards program, in the non-profit category.

The CFO of the Year awards program celebrates New Jersey’s financial executives at all levels who contribute to the success of New Jersey’s economic growth and stability.

Greer, a Matawan resident, has been Chief Financial Officer at the Affordable Housing Alliance since 2003. The recognition took place during a breakfast awards ceremony at The Parlance in Somerset Park, in Somerset, NJ, attended by over 300 financial executives.

The Affordable Housing Alliance is a non-profit organization that develops and sells affordable homes and provides related housing services such as new home buyer education, financial literacy education, foreclosure counseling, housing rehabilitation, assistance finding rental housing, and help for people struggling to pay their utility bills.  AHA is proud to be a member of the NeighborWorks® America network.
