About You Chiropractic and Yoga Suite of Matawan is hosting a benefit workshop in support of the local Greyhound Rescue. Food and refreshments will be served beforehand.

Dr. Daniele will host a short presentation called "57 minutes that can change your life!".  You will learn techniques to manage time better, lower your stress level, improve relationships, have more energy, and maximize your productivity.
